Even though I expected Friday's turn of events and my departure from WNNS, it was still a blow. I really loved my job and the people I worked with. Plus I had been there a little over 10 years - no small investment. But life moves on and when one door closes at least one will open.
The one thing I do know I want to do is to maintain my relationship with all of you that I have built over ten years of being involved in the community. So come here for: Stupid News, Dining with Deb features with our local restaurants, info on upcoming events, cooking videos, anything that has to do with animals in our community, and more.
I also want to keep "Deb's Good Deeds" going- but it will be a bit different in it's execution. I am still working out the details but there will be more to come.
So here we are on the launch of Deb West 2.0. Let me know what excites you. What you want to see and do. Springfield and the Central IL is a dynamic place to be (when we aren't all in the middle of a pandemic), let's discover everything together!!!
