While many business are wondering if they can keep one location open as a result of the pandemic, Three Twigs Bakery is once again expanding.
The original Three Twigs, located at 1370 Toronto Rd has been busy with pick ups and deliveries. Now owners, husband and wife Tim and Emily Lewis have announced the bakery will be relocated downtown to 316 E. Adams hopefully by October of this year.
But wait there's more!
Biscuits and Brunch, the cafe that took over the Tacos Pepes location at Iles and Chatham Rd, is going to have a new neighbor- also owned by the Lewis'. The Salted Lemon – Market & Creamery will move into the space vacated by Cherry Berry next door to the cafe offering lunch and ice cream. The new venture will also sell pints of ice cream, whole pies, loaves of bread along with take-and-bake cinnamon rolls and cookies.
According to the official The Salted Lemon- Market & Creamery Facebook page, the new restaurant will be opening in the next few weeks.
