I suppose it shouldn't come as any surprise this guy is divorced.

In 2016, 42-year-old David Werking moved into his parents home in Grand Haven, MI, after his marriage broke up. Among all items he brought with him was his truly massive collection of pornography and adult toys.

The following summer, when David moved to Muncie, IN, he fully expected his parents to shop all TWELVE BOXES of his adult collection to him. They didn't.

Instead, they did, what his dad described as doing David a favor, and threw it all in the trash.

That's when the lawsuit started. And three years later, a district court in Michigan ruled in David's favor saying his parents did not have the right to dispose of his collection.

He has until February to decide how much he wants in damages from his parents. The amount could be pretty high, too, as he estimates his collection was worth around $25,000. However, his lawyer said some of the items in the collection were "irreplaceable."
