It is the convergence of two topics ripe with conspiracy theories- 5G and coronavirus.

In Italy, a schematic started making the rounds on social media, with some alleging it was the schematic of a 5G chip secretly being implanted in your arm when you receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

If you don’t know how to read one of these drawings, you may miss the fact that what should be a very high tech chip is relying on some very old school op-amps and diodes.

That’s because it is not the nefarious 5G chip; it is, in reality, the schematic to Boss Metal Zone guitar pedal. Just in case you are wondering, no one will try and implant one in your arm.
