If That Is What You Need To Eat To Keep Weight Off- I'd Rather Be Fat

If you have struggled to lose weight only to watch it come back time after time, a new study out of Isreal may off you some hope.

Simply by taking a pill each day, you are more likely to keep the weight off. The catch- the capsule is a "frozen microbiome capsules created from one's own feces."

That's right- it's a poop pill.

Supposedly, by introducing small amounts of your poo to your gut, it helps to support gut bacteria keeps everything regulated in there.
