Some people just never seem to learn. Case in point - Rhys Pilott of Peterborough, in the U.K.
He had already been arrested for prank calling 999 (the British 911) but, this guy seems to think it is hilarious, so he keeps doing it.
Most recently, in October, the 28-year-old called 999 24 times in 45 minutes just to burp at a dispatcher. So now he gets to add another arrest for causing a public nuisance and a 6-month jail sentence to his list of accomplishments.
