Imagine, if you will, driving around the north end of downtown Columbus, Ohio. You are just minding your own business when, what to your wondering eyes should appear, some crazy guy rollerblading down a jam-packed highway wearing NOTHING but a panda head and brandishing a golf club.

You might doubt your eyes. You might doubt your sanity.

But it really happened, and officials believe, based on cues from the video, that it was Tuesday afternoon around 3:30.

An investigation is continuing, trying to identify the man in question.
