Up in the Great White A North, this guy was having a really bad day.
First, he got his truck stuck. He was in the middle of nowhere. So the chances of getting timely help was pretty slim. That's when he decided to take matters into his own hands.
He broke into a construction site and stole a skidder- a front end loader type of equipment. It should have been big enough to help him pull his vehicle out of whatever it was stuck in. However, he had no idea how to actually drive a skidder and ended up crushing his truck.
That's when he made his second lousy choice. He reported his truck stolen.
It didn't take long for the police to figure out what actually happened. Now, he's facing charges for public mischief and theft of a motor vehicle worth over $5,000. He's due back in court in October.
