The Sangamon County Department of Public Health reported 11 confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, and 22 new confirmed cases on Sunday.
The total number of positive cases in the county now stands at 1,806, with 21 people hospitalized and 40 deaths reported.
Additionally, as of Friday, Sangamon, Greene, Cass, and Morgan are now among the 30 counties in Illinois to be on the “warning list".
